樹葡萄成熟後甜度會逐漸提升，對鳥類來說也是相當有吸引力的食物。在露天栽培環境中，果實常常還沒完全成熟，就已經被鳥類啄食。
果實一旦受損，不但容易腐敗，也可能吸引果蠅等昆蟲前來取食，增加管理上的困難。
因此，許多果農為了降低損失，往往會選擇提早採收，避免果實還留在樹上時就被鳥類吃掉。
但我們認為，樹葡萄最好的風味來自於自然熟成。
只有讓果實在樹上慢慢累積甜度與風味，才能展現出樹葡萄原有的特色。
因此，果園採用網室栽培方式管理，降低鳥類干擾，也讓果實有更多時間留在樹上成熟。
除了保護果實之外，網室栽培也讓我們能更穩定地管理果園環境，減少外部因素對果實品質的影響。

Why We Use Greenhouse Cultivation for Jabuticaba
